Bags ES

ES sachets are elements of the active packaging system, allowing to maintain moisture in packaging at the desired level. ES desiccants are filled with calcined and impregnated bentonite clay. The adsorbent is impregnated with calcium chloride, which has excellent water-binding properties, while being completely safe for the protected goods. The sachets (1-500 g) are made of a fully dustproof Tyvek® material with high mechanical strength and a laminate (PE-PP). Their performance is characterized by high durability, preventing accidental tearing of the sachet.

ES container sachets are two groups of desiccants: ES K and ES Clay. Both products are used to secure goods during container shipping. ES K sachets are an improved solution, intended for use with products when we care about higher safety assurance. The material of the adsorber is made of high-quality non-woven fabric with high mechanical strength and fully dustproof (DIN 55.473 Class B: dustproof). ES Clay is a great solution to secure all kinds of goods. The adsorption capacity of 60% of its own weight is sufficient to protect the goods during the entire duration of the shipment. All container hoods are equipped with a hook for easy installation.

Sachet packaging

The active granules are packed in bags made of Tyvek® and laminated plastic (weight from 1 g to 500 g). ES K sachets are made of high-strength Spunbond non-woven fabric, and ES Clay sachets are made of plastic non-woven fabric.

Collective packaging

Desiccants are packed in collective films protecting against initial adsorption.

Outer packaging

Sachets are packed in cardboard boxes with 2 standard dimensions:

• 365x280x300mm,
• 365 x 280 x 165mm.

Desiccants ES are used in situations where the moisture content needs to be controlled or removed. They are widely used to protect water-sensitive goods during transport and storage. These sachets are also used to secure goods transported in containers (ES K and ES Clay). These products reduce the moisture content in the container, preventing the phenomenon of “container rain”.
